Having specialised in local residential property management for the past 10 years, Caroline Booth has a wealth of valuable experience in overseeing the management of many rental investments. With an initial 18 year career in the social housing sector in Northern Ireland followed by a further 10 years in the Franklin area Caroline has worked with a wide range of clients, tenants and many different types of properties ranging from units & apartments, family & executive homes to rural and semi rural properties. Waiuku, Glenbrook, Clarks Beach, Patumahoe and Awhitu are all areas Caroline has covered during her local career.

Caroline is confident, highly motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about housing. Finding the best possible tenants through a strict screening and application procedure are paramount to her work ethic. Waiuku Rentals & Property Management Ltd offer two services. Firstly, a fully managed service for those landlords who have neither the time nor energy, or perhaps the confidence, to manage their investment personally. Alternatively, you can opt for the “Tenant Only” service which is a stress free service where we find your tenant through the normal screening procedure, complete all the necessary paperwork and hand the management of the property thereafter over to the landlord. Both services come at competitive rates.
